Standard option
Copy your request details, paste them into chat, and add the competitor’s link, standard delivered total and your Australian postcode—even for Gem Sports pickup. Nothing is sent automatically.
How it works
- Send a direct link to the identical, brand-new item, including the model year, colour, weight, grip or size as applicable. It must be in stock at both stores and sold by an authorised Australian retailer.
- Provide your Australian postcode even if collecting from Gem Sports, your pickup or delivery choice, and any stringing requirements. Add the competitor’s cart screenshot where needed.
- Once verified and approved, we’ll confirm the matched price and provide a secure payment link.
We compare the competitor’s standard online delivered total to your Australian postcode, including applicable shipping and compulsory fees—not their Click & Collect price—even for Gem Sports pickup. Other offers cannot be combined unless approved. Stock is not reserved during review. Full policy applies.

Free Shipping & Change-of-Mind Returns
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, if an approved change-of-mind return results in the value of the retained items falling below our free shipping threshold of AUD $150, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the store credit issued.
This deduction will not exceed AUD $14.50 or the actual original shipping cost incurred by Gem Sports, whichever is lower.
If the total value of the items you keep after the return is AUD $150 or more, no original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Customers remain responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
This condition applies only to orders placed after the policy takes effect and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

TACKY FEEL & ULTRA-THIN
The grip is what connects the player to the racquet, and has a huge effect on performance. Ultra-thin 0.4mm grip prevents bulking up grip size. Tacky feel and sweat-absorption grip prevents slipping.
