For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, if an approved change-of-mind return results in the value of the retained items falling below our free shipping threshold of AUD $150, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the store credit issued.
This deduction will not exceed AUD $14.50 or the actual original shipping cost incurred by Gem Sports, whichever is lower.
If the total value of the items you keep after the return is AUD $150 or more, no original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Customers remain responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
