How it works
- Send a direct link to the identical, brand-new item, including the model year, colour, weight, grip or size as applicable. It must be in stock at both stores and sold by an authorised Australian retailer.
- Provide your Australian postcode even if collecting from Gem Sports, your pickup or delivery choice, and any stringing requirements. Add the competitor’s cart screenshot where needed.
- Once verified and approved, we’ll confirm the matched price and provide a secure payment link.
We compare the competitor’s standard online delivered total to your Australian postcode, including applicable shipping and compulsory fees—not their Click & Collect price—even for Gem Sports pickup. Other offers cannot be combined unless approved. Stock is not reserved during review. Full policy applies.

About grip size
Comparing G5 and G6? G6 is slimmer; G5 has a fuller feel.
In an option such as 4U G6, 4U is the weight class and G6 is the grip size. For YONEX badminton racquets, a higher G number means a slimmer handle.
| YONEX size | Handle feel |
|---|---|
| G5 | Fuller than G6 |
| G6 | Slimmer than G5 |
Choosing your fit
- Smaller hands or prefer a thinner handle? Start by trying G6.
- Prefer more to hold? Try G5 for a fuller feel than G6.
- Adding an overgrip makes either size thicker. Check the fit with the wrapping you intend to use.
Choose from the sizes listed for this model; not every weight is offered with both grips. This G5/G6 comparison follows YONEX sizing; other brands can differ.
