How it works
- Send a direct link to the identical, brand-new item, including the model year, colour, weight, grip or size as applicable. It must be in stock at both stores and sold by an authorised Australian retailer.
- Provide your Australian postcode even if collecting from Gem Sports, your pickup or delivery choice, and any stringing requirements. Add the competitor’s cart screenshot where needed.
- Once verified and approved, we’ll confirm the matched price and provide a secure payment link.
We compare the competitor’s standard online delivered total to your Australian postcode, including applicable shipping and compulsory fees—not their Click & Collect price—even for Gem Sports pickup.
