SELKIRK LUXX CONTROL AIR INFINIGRIT EPIC – Ultimate Control with Enhanced Stability
The SELKIRK LUXX Control Air InfiniGrit Epic 19mm in Red is built for players who prioritise precision, touch and spin while wanting a more stable and forgiving platform than an elongated paddle.
The Epic shape combines a compact 15.85-inch length with a wider 7.85-inch face, creating an excellent balance of maneuverability, sweet spot size and stability. Its lower swing weight makes it quick through the air, while the higher twist weight helps resist twisting on off-centre contact.
InfiniGrit® Surface Technology
InfiniGrit® is engineered to deliver significantly longer-lasting spin performance than conventional raw carbon textures. Selkirk states that the technology offers approximately 3× longer spin durability, helping maintain consistent ball grip during extended play.
Florek Carbon Fiber
Selkirk's proprietary Florek Carbon Fiber face is designed to maximise control and sweet spot size while retaining enough energy return for offensive shots.
19mm X7 Thickset Honeycomb Core
The thick 19mm control-oriented core provides a soft, composed response and generous sweet spot while adding slightly more liveliness than the previous 20mm LUXX generation.
EVA Foam Handle & Throat
Injected EVA foam through the handle and throat helps dampen impact vibration while adding flexibility and a more connected feel through the paddle.
Updated Wing Design Air Dynamic Throat
The updated throat design improves airflow around the paddle, supporting faster handling and easier positioning during quick exchanges.
360° Proto Molding
Selkirk's high-pressure molding process creates a consistent paddle structure designed to improve stability, power transfer and repeatable response.
Aero-DuraEdge Edgeless Technology
The streamlined edgeless construction is engineered to balance durability with maneuverability during fast, aggressive court play.
Epic Shape
With a 15.85-inch length, 7.85-inch width and 5.25-inch handle, the Epic offers a compact, balanced platform with increased lateral stability and a forgiving sweet spot. Its average swing weight of 109 makes it faster through the air than the Invikta, while a 6.6 twist weight adds stability on off-centre contact.
