🏸Badminton/Tennis Racquets

• Claims must be made within 12 months of purchase.

• Do not cut or remove the strings on broken frames.

• YONEX racquets must be strung using the 4-knot method. Warranty is void for YONEX racquets if strung with 2-knot only.

• Cosmetic issues (e.g. paint chips) are not covered.

• Damage from clashing, mis-hits, or floor impacts is not eligible.

• Over-tensioning beyond spec may void warranty.

• Discontinued items will be replaced with similar model or store credit.

• Claims must be made within 3 months of receipt.

• Comfort or sizing issues are not covered.

• Only manufacturing defects are eligible for claim.
